SPHOA is one of the first planned communities built in Santa Clara Valley. Constructed in three phases, we were completed in 1971, 1972, and 1974. The 275 units occupy some 30+ acres, with approximately 1100 trees. Our property values indicate the natural beauty of our landscape and appropriate maintenance of our units. Our owners are proud of their properties, as can be seen by how well their units are maintained.We use Community Management Services, Inc. (CMS) as our management company. This site allows you to visit our property, and has available applications and permits for homeowners to download and submit to either the property manager or the proper board committee.
